New Mission Statement

MSU Bikes is dedicated to promoting bicycling as a safe, fun, economical, efficient, environmentally friendly and healthy transportation alternative for the MSU campus community.

Strategies
MSU Bikes will:

· Refurbish abandoned and donated bicycles and loan/ rent them out to faculty/ staff/ students/ departments/ visitors/ alumni for both long and short-term periods.

· Offer a full menu of bicycle repair services to the MSU community at the MSU Bikes Service Center and at other locations via a mobile repair service and satellite repair shops.

· Offer bicycle safety and maintenance workshops to the MSU community.

· Assist university planners with future improvements to the campus infrastructure for better and safer bicycling.

· Offer short and long term bicycle storage to the MSU community.

· Undertake a variety of promotional activities to promote bicycle use for campus errands and commuting to work/ class.
