Due to a ton of construction projects all over campus please review the map linked here for the best route into the start / finish area for the MSU Farm Daze Tour. This map also shows suggested detours in other colored dashed lines around campus if you’re coming from other directions. (this map is courtesy of MSU’s Engineering & Architectural Services Dept.’s Construction projects map page) One major construction project not shown on this map (it’s a county/ MDOT project) that you should beware of is the Hagadorn Rd. Bridge replacement just south of the Grand River Ave. intersection, so avoid that route altogether. Here is a page of other campus maps and surrounding area maps if you’re new to the E. Lansing area: If you have any questions or get lost the day of the tour pls. feel free to call my cell phone: 517/614-6190 Looking forward to seeing you all there. PS: Thanks to someone who asked a good question today about road surfaces which isn’t addressed in our materials; there are no dirt roads on our routes, so road bikes/ touring bikes would be ideal. |

The MSU Bikes is a university department dedicated to transforming recycled bicycles into a fun, economical, environmentally friendly and healthy transportation alternative for the MSU campus community. We're a division of MSU Transportation services, within the Michigan State University Physical Plant. In addition to a full range of bicycle repair services our aim is to recycle abandoned/ donated bicycles by repairing them to make them available for the campus community and reduce the waste stream of the University.
